Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on jilaa at any time. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jilaa will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been performed by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact jilaa support immediately.
jilaa may require identity verification at any time, and specifically before processing withdrawals above ₱50,000 per day or in aggregate. Verification may require submission of a government-issued Philippine ID (such as an SSS card, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending verification.
jilaa accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT (TRC20 network), and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit is ₱100. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. jilaa does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. jilaa reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. For GCash and Maya, verified accounts typically receive funds within 3 minutes of withdrawal approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. jilaa processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays.
jilaa does not charge withdrawal fees for GCash and Maya transactions. Bank transfer fees, if any, are governed by the receiving bank's fee schedule and are not within jilaa's control. Cryptocurrency withdrawal fees on the TRC20 network are deducted at the network's prevailing rate.
All transactions on jilaa are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to player account balances. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by jilaa are subject to individual terms including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds or game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are stated at the point of each promotion and are incorporated into these general Terms by reference.
Wagering requirements represent the total value of bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before they become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 25× wagering requirement requires ₱25,000 in eligible wagers to be placed before the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games contribute a lower percentage as specified in individual promotion terms.
jilaa reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and/or close accounts where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. jilaa is under no obligation to offer any bonus or promotion to any player and reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any promotion at any time, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already opted into by a player under existing terms.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session, jilaa will attempt to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the error where technically possible. Where an Account is closed due to player-initiated self-exclusion, jilaa will return the Real Money balance to the registered payment method within 5 business days. Where an Account is closed due to prohibited conduct or policy violation, balance treatment will depend on the specific circumstances and jilaa's investigation findings.
A player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jilaa support through the live chat or email channel. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Outstanding withdrawals at the time of closure will continue to be processed to the registered payment method.
All content on the jilaa Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trade names, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of jilaa or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jilaa.

jilaa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes that affect player rights, jilaa will provide advance notice of at least 7 calendar days through the Platform and/or registered contact details before the revised Terms take effect.
